Important Notices
For registration to the weekly Friday league, you can either text in to our late line or register in person.
If you text in: please help us out by sending a message as early in the day (Friday) as you can. This will help us best to plan for the number of players attending. The late line phone number is 510-926-6913. Text messages ONLY! If you are a returning member, you need only text your name. If you are new to the club, let us know your name and whether or not you have a USATT rating.
If you register in person: you must arrive before 6:45 pm. If you are new and need a rating, please arrive before 6:30 so we can give you a rating. We won't be able to register anyone after 6:45 pm
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Starting November, 2025, text messages MUST be received before 6:00 pm in order to be registered for the evening. Texts received after 6:00 cannot be processed. To optimize our group sizes, we will be limiting attendance to 68 players or less
After having finished your matches, please check to see if all the games are correctly recorded in the result sheets. They are the final results, and will be posted online. There will be no corrections after the RR results have been posted.
We're a group of people who love table tennis. We play a round robin tournament every Friday evening from 6:15 PM until 10:00 PM sharp, and we have a training program and open play every Saturday evening from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. We're very fortunate to call the James Kenney Recreation Center our home.

You're in luck! We're an open club that's always accepting new members. The following table should give you a good idea of the ways to let us know you'll be competing on Friday night:

| A new member without a rating | Please arrive before 6:30 PM, so we can determine your rating before the evening's round robin. |
| A new member with a USATT or other club rating | Text name and rating before 6:00 pm, OR arrive at the club before 6:45 pm. |
| A returning member arriving on-time | Text to the text line before 6:00 pm OR arrive before 6:45 pm. If you text, please notify the front desk when you have arrived. |
| Returning member(s) arriving late | Text your name(s) to the text line before 6:00 pm.. If you text before 6:00, you will be included in the round robin. Be sure to notify the front desk when you have arrived. The late line phone number is 510-926-6913. Text messages ONLY. Voicemails won't be entertained ! |
What are the fees?
The fee for Friday RR and Sat Open play is $8.00 for adults (17 and older) and $5.00 for juniors (16 and younger) and seniors (60+).
If you have a BTTC or USATT rating of over 2150, there is no fee for the Friday round robin.
